Unconditional stability and error analysis of an Euler IMEX-SAV scheme for the micropolar Navier-Stokes equations

چکیده
In this paper, we consider numerical approximations for solving the micropolar Navier-Stokes (MNS) equations, that couples equations and angular momentum equation together. By combining scalar auxiliary variable (SAV) approach convective terms some subtle implicit-explicit (IMEX) treatments coupling terms, propose a decoupled, linear unconditionally energy stable scheme system. We further derive rigorous error estimates velocity, pressure velocity in two dimensions without any condition on time step. Numerical examples are presented to verify theoretical findings show performances of scheme.
